Our Endless Vacation Rentals(SM) program presents developers with opportunities to generate valuable sales leads, help increase revenues, and help achieve marketing and operational efficiencies while providing consumers a global one-stop shop for booking vacation rentals. The program offers access to distribution channels aimed at promoting accommodations to consumers and travel sellers. Through our alliances with LeisureLink and others, we can distribute developers’ inventory to a vast network of sites, including Travelocity, Expedia and Orbitz, helping to bringing a steady stream of new vacationers into their resorts. We also market inventory to consumers through EVRentals.com, our consumer-direct portal, and to travel sellers through VacationRentals4Agents.com and other travel professional sites. Additionally, we offer direct booking capability, providing consumers with an efficient way to search the many properties in our portfolio, view availability in real-time, and book as quickly and as easily as reserving a traditional hotel room online.
Group RCI's Rental & Exchange program
The R&E (Rental & Exchange) program is the latest innovation from Group RCI. Created to serve wholly owned and professionally managed second homes and vacation residences, this new value-added program enhances the rental concept with many of the benefits of shared ownership. In fact, it presents developers and prospective buyers and owners with a unique rental and exchange package not yet available anywhere else in the market.
Through the R&E program, owners can exchange "use time" in their assets with owners of comparable real estate assets, as well as an array of additional services. Additionally, owners can generate income by renting their assets through Group RCI's successful rental channels.
The R&E program also allows properties to affiliate with either the RCI Points® program, which provides exchange benefits to more than 4,000 properties around the world, or The Registry Collection(SM) program. Both programs provide owners with the option of extending their "personal use" through exchange, as well as other benefits.
